Our Story
Gils Grand Meats began as a small family operation with a simple mission: to provide families with the same high-quality, ethically-sourced meats that we serve our own loved ones.
Founded by Gil Rodriguez, a third-generation butcher, our company grew from his frustration with the declining quality of meat available in traditional grocery stores. Gil knew that families deserved better – meat that was not only delicious but also raised with care and respect for the animals and environment.
Today, we work with a carefully selected network of local farms that share our commitment to sustainable, humane farming practices. Every cut that leaves our facility has been hand-selected and inspected to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
